We are open 24/7 365 to serve you! The car wash lot, automatic bays, and the self-serve bays are well lit at night so our customers can wash any time.

How Do I Join F5 THE AUTOWASH Shine Club

You can sign up directly on our site! Click the Menu Item "Join The Shine Club". If you'd rather sign up at the wash, simply pull up to the pay station at any F5 AUTOWASH location that is offering wash clubs. On the screen there will be an option to join our express club. Follow the steps on the screen and once you're finished the License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera will capture your plate information. Next time you visit just pull up to the pay station, the LPR will recognize you and activate your wash. Never roll down your window again.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

Just click the menu item "Manage My Membership. Type in your phone number to login and cancel.

Why Was I "Charged" An Extra Amount After Using The Self-Serve Bay or Vacuum?

Accepted Answer

The extra “charge” you see on your account is not a charge and should still be pending. Your bank authorizes your card when you swipe it in a self-serve bay to ensure you have enough funds in your account. This should only pend on your account for 24-48 hours.
